General Regulations
- The working day extends from 10 AM to 12.45 noon and from 1.30 PM to 3.45 PM. The school works only half day on Saturdays. LKG & UKG do not have classes on Saturdays. The first bell goes at 9.45 AM. All the students are required to assemble for the school prayer. The second bell goes on 9.50 AM. A short prayer is sung followed by National Anthem. Students who arrive after the second bell shall enter the classroom only with the permission of the Headmistress/master.
- No student is allowed to leave the classroom without the permission of the class teacher or until the class is dismissed.
- In the interest of good discipline, parents are requested to apply for leave of absence for their children when the pupil has been absent from school for some unforeseen reason like illness. When returning to school, the student must bring a note of excuse from the parent or guardian. In case of long absence due to illness, a medical certificate should be produced. Continued absence without leave for a week shall be considered equivalent to the withdrawal of the pupil from school and his/her name shall be struck off the rolls.
- No pupil shall be absent from an examination or test except for reasons previously approved by the Headmistress/Master and in case of illness a medical certificate should be produced before the close of the examination.
- Periodical reports of conduct and progress of the pupil will be given to the parents which should be returned duly signed within 8 days from the date of issue.
- Books, stationary, umbrella, lunch boxes, bags etc. should bear the name of the pupil.
- Students are advised not to wear precious jewels to school. The school authorities will not be held responsible for any loss incurred due to this.
- Irregular attendance, insubordination to teachers, habitual inattention to class work, non-submission of home assignments are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a pupil.
- The school does not hold itself responsible for conduct outside its premises. It however takes cognizance of any serious misconduct of its pupils committed outside and should any serious charge be fairly substantiated, the guilty shall be punished according to the gravity of the offence and such student will be summarily dismissed from the school.
Fee Regulations
- The fee shall be paid in one sum or 2-3 installments on or before the date notified by the school office.
- The pupils are required to collect the receipt of fees paid from the office.
- Charges for van facilities should be paid at office on or before the 10th of every month.
- Any other incidental charges like the exam fee, sports, school day etc., shall be collected as and when required.
